Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level product goals and technical roadmaps into executable plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Track risks, schedules, and cross-team deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality product launches
• Act as the program coordination point for customer co-design, onboarding, and integration activities
• Ensure customer expectations, constraints, and feedback are clearly communicated and tracked
• Collect and synthesize requirements from integration partners and stakeholders
• Align timelines, requirements, and dependencies with product, business, and operational constraints
• Support reporting efforts for external stakeholders and program management
• Manage machine time, use agreements, and regulatory requirements such as data privacy and network security

Requirements

• Engineering background in semiconductor, systems engineering, or advanced computing infrastructure
• Experience in technical program management, system delivery, or execution of complex technical products
• Strong ability to coordinate across multiple teams and external stakeholders
• Comfort in customer-facing, execution-oriented roles
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with on-premise deployments and security/network-constrained environments
• Exposure to quantum computing, HPC, or advanced computing platforms
• Experience working with government, national lab, or research customers
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technical domains quickly
