Senior Technical Program Manager, QA & Developer Experience

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of QA and Developer Experience programs
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs
• Identify risks, dependencies, and cross-team impacts and lead mitigation strategies
• Partner with QA and engineering teams to strengthen test strategies and automation frameworks
• Support initiatives to improve developer workflows, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines
• Prepare and deliver concise, data-driven program updates for senior leadership
• Analyze data, metrics, and feedback to inform program decisions

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in program management, technical program management, or product operations
• Familiarity with software development processes, QA methodologies, and developer tooling
• Strong communication skills with ability to report to senior leadership
• Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional programs from concept to delivery
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML products, data pipelines, or model evaluation workflows
• Understanding of CI/CD systems, automation frameworks, or developer productivity tools
• Background in engineering, computer science, or a technical discipline
• Experience working within large, distributed engineering organizations
