Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of large, cross-team engineering initiatives spanning multiple sub-teams
• Coordinate engineering workstreams and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Prioritize requirements from business partners to the engineering team
• Partner with engineering leads to coordinate planning across teams
• Translate roadmap goals into structured execution plans with clear sequencing
• Build and maintain dependency maps across teams, services, and infrastructure components
• Identify execution risks early and coordinate mitigation strategies
• Employ Agentic AI productivity tools to drive key processes and expand AI-assisted workflows
• Identify opportunities to remove friction from the development and deployment pipeline

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or complex project leadership
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated success coordinating large cross-team technical initiatives
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex dependencies simultaneously
• Familiarity with engineering workflows, system design discussions, and technical delivery processes
• Experience using Linear, Notion, Confluence, or similar engineering tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
