Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
• Translate technical strategy into structured execution plans, defining milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
• Identify and resolve execution roadblocks, surfacing risks early and presenting solution paths to leadership
• Manage cross-team dependencies, mapping system, roadmap, and integration requirements
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and C-suite stakeholders
• Drive program visibility through executive reporting, status reports, and decision memos
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels
• Coach teams on planning discipline and continuous improvement of program management standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex software or platform initiatives
• Strong technical fluency in architecture and system design discussions
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale, platform, or vendor-integrated systems
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and risks across interconnected systems
• Experience partnering with engineering leadership and enterprise architects
• Track record of engaging with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery of AI-powered product capabilities (LLMs, model evaluation, etc.)
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
