Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned Agentic AI customer projects including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
• Run the delivery pod consisting of a TPM, Forward Deployed Engineer, and Agent Architect
• Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid
• Drive project planning, work breakdown, dependencies, and resource allocations
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for customer project sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders
• Facilitate recurring governance including status calls, steering committees, and UAT readouts
• Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams on integration readiness and agent design
• Define and track deployment KPIs such as Time to Go-Live and Milestone On-Time Rate

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions in Contact Center (CCaaS), UCaaS, conversational AI, or IVA/IVR platforms
• Proficiency in project planning tools like Jira, Asana, Monday, or MS Project
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with global, distributed teams
• Fluency in English and French

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/ML, NLP, LLM-based, or Agentic AI solutions
• Background in professional services or consulting for enterprise clients
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/CSPO, or SAFe
