Responsibilities

  • Manage project milestone schedules for the Ocean 3 program, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and dependencies
  • Act as a liaison between mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and manufacturing teams
  • Develop and maintain documentation and tools that support program execution and scaling
  • Drive the change management system for Node configurations throughout the R&D and pilot manufacturing pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal procurement, external suppliers, and fabrication partners
  • Monitor and escalate program risks and contribute to mitigation strategies
  • Assist with coordination of daily scheduling for Node integration and deployment operations in the Pacific Northwest

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in product or process development through production, fabrication, or manufacturing
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience coordinating with external suppliers and fabrication partners
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for site visits and partner engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hardware product development in startup or early-stage environments
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for integrated electromechanical systems
  • Familiarity with change management systems, PLM/MES/ERP tools, and configuration control processes
  • Hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes or large mechanical systems
