Responsibilities
- Manage project milestone schedules for the Ocean 3 program, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and dependencies
- Act as a liaison between mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and manufacturing teams
- Develop and maintain documentation and tools that support program execution and scaling
- Drive the change management system for Node configurations throughout the R&D and pilot manufacturing pipeline
- Collaborate with internal procurement, external suppliers, and fabrication partners
- Monitor and escalate program risks and contribute to mitigation strategies
- Assist with coordination of daily scheduling for Node integration and deployment operations in the Pacific Northwest
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in product or process development through production, fabrication, or manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
- Experience coordinating with external suppliers and fabrication partners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed for site visits and partner engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hardware product development in startup or early-stage environments
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for integrated electromechanical systems
- Familiarity with change management systems, PLM/MES/ERP tools, and configuration control processes
- Hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes or large mechanical systems
