Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with AISF program leads to establish program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
• Facilitate alignment sessions, steering committees, and review cadences
• Track program health, milestones, blockers, and risks
• Coordinate workstreams across programs and resolve resource allocation conflicts
• Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and decision logs
• Support budget, headcount, and resource planning
• Identify and implement process improvements and scaling solutions

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in technical program coordination, project management, or operations
• Experience in research-driven or engineering-heavy environments
• Ability to lead complex programs across multiple functions without direct authority
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and process infrastructure
• Solid understanding of technical concepts and research workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• Experience in AI/ML, biotech, or research-driven organizations
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, or portfolio management methodologies
• Background supporting scientific teams or regulated research environments
• Experience building or scaling program governance frameworks
