About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of vehicle-level and lab-car feature integration readiness activities
  • Coordinate hardware, software, firmware, calibration, and network configuration readiness
  • Track vehicle build status, ECU availability, and software branch alignment
  • Drive Agile execution including sprint planning, backlog management, and dependency tracking
  • Manage vehicle software release schedules and deployment milestones
  • Lead issue triage, prioritization, defect tracking, and risk mitigation
  • Support bring-up and stabilization of integration vehicles and lab-car systems
  • Ensure validation readiness including test hardware, software deployment, and diagnostics configuration
  • Track regression testing, feature validation, and release acceptance criteria
  • Support OTA validation, diagnostics verification, and secure flashing workflows
  • Develop integration dashboards, readiness trackers, and validation KPIs
  • Provide executive-level updates on vehicle integration status and technical risks
  • Support launch readiness reviews and technical milestone reporting

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of vehicle E/E architecture and ECU-level software stacks
  • Proficiency in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, A2B, LVDS)
  • Experience with UDS diagnostics (ISO 14229) and diagnostic communication tools
  • Expert knowledge of Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and Artifactory
  • Proficiency in Siemens Polarion, IBM DOORS Next Gen, or PTC Windchill
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, dSpace control desk, and automation desk
  • Knowledge of automotive design and development processes
