Senior Technical Program Manager I

Responsibilities

• Lead governance of growth initiatives and provide weekly visibility into development timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Identify and communicate technical risks across engineering and product teams with detailed mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain advanced performance dashboards using JIRA, Tableau, or Power BI to track sprint velocity, cycle time, and quality metrics.
• Act as an advisor to Product Managers and Scrum Masters on technical process alignment and PDLC compliance.
• Partner with engineering to monitor critical quality metrics, including code coverage, defect density, and technical debt.
• Oversee integration testing and provide final quality signoffs before production check-ins.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to refine CI/CD processes to enable faster, robust delivery cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in product operations, quality engineering, or technical program management.
• Advanced proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of PDLC methodologies and risk management practices.
• Solid background in software testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and integration testing.
