About the role

About the Company

Humanoid is on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Their flagship platform, HMND‑01 Alpha, is currently running in real industrial pilots.

Responsibilities

  • Plan robot new product introduction programs, managing scope, schedule, cost, and process
  • Lead cross-functional development across hardware, software, systems, and AI/ML
  • Track and motivate program progress across multiple global sites
  • Proactively identify, prioritize, and clear technical and operational blockers
  • Manage risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Establish clear program communication optimized for distributed teams across different timezones
  • Improve program management methodologies and ways of working

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management leading hardware NPI
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field relevant to robotics or engineering
  • Experience leading development of complex systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and hardware development processes for scalable manufacturing
  • Proficiency with multiple program management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to lead through influence in highly cross-functional engineering environments
  • Willingness to work early hours to collaborate with London and Boston teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced hardware companies
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments
  • Familiarity with robotics development lifecycles and integration challenges
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or production ramp environments
