Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across critical partner programs, including banking partners, card, and payment vendors
• Own timelines, dependencies, and delivery for cross-functional programs to ensure predictable shipping
• Translate complex requirements between compliance, product, engineering, and external partners
• Manage compliance and audit readiness for frameworks such as SOC2, BSA/AML, and PCI
• Lead incident response and resolution across money movement systems
• Establish scalable processes for operating within regulated financial systems
• Unblock engineering teams by managing external dependencies and reducing ambiguity

Requirements

• 5-8 years of Technical Program Management or technical program leadership experience
• Proven track record in the fintech or payments industry, specifically managing partner integrations
• Deep familiarity with compliance frameworks including SOC2, BSA/AML, and PCI
• Experience leading incident response in production-critical or money movement environments
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments
• Excellent written communication skills for providing program visibility to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering background or significant hands-on technical depth
• Experience working in early-stage startups or with AI-driven tools
• Experience with specific vendors such as Unit, Galileo, or Stripe Issuing
