Senior Technical Program Manager, Health ML

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for health algorithm development, from research and data collection through model validation and production deployment
• Partner with leadership to translate health feature strategy into executable program plans with clear milestones and risk profiles
• Manage ML development timelines by coordinating dependencies across data engineering, clinical, regulatory, software, and firmware teams
• Proactively identify risks and obstacles, developing mitigation plans to prevent blockers
• Oversee health data governance workflows, including data collection, labeling, and dataset management
• Build and improve AI-enabled tools and automations to increase program management effectiveness and speed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an ML role or technical program management, specifically supporting AI/ML or data science teams
• Deep understanding of the ML development lifecycle, including model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) or regulated medical device development (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485)
• Fluency with AI tools, such as LLMs and automation platforms, to build efficient workflows
• Data-driven approach to program planning and the ability to define metrics for program success
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical ML teams with regulatory and clinical stakeholders
