Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Standardize toolsets and consolidate systems of record for the SDLC
• Own the end-to-end SDLC, including Linear management and capacity planning
• Design automated development workflows for AI-accelerated engineering
• Formalize the handoff process between Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) and core Engineering
• Coordinate operating rhythms across Applied AI, Engineering, and Research teams
• Facilitate cross-team technical definitions and API specification alignment
• Drive delivery accountability to ensure capabilities reach launch
• Establish and run operational reviews with engineering leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management, engineering management, or hybrid roles at high-growth software/AI companies
• Direct experience with machine learning or LLM development lifecycles
• Proven track record of standing up SDLC and tooling for companies in the 50-300 person range
• Experience coordinating engineering teams across multiple time zones (US/Europe/Israel)
• Strong written communication skills for asynchronous alignment
• Ability to influence senior engineers and researchers without direct management authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in enterprise B2B SaaS (e.g., Palantir, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Experience working with Forward Deployed Engineering or solutions motions
• Familiarity with model deployment, inference infrastructure, or MLOps at production scale
