Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategy, overall planning, execution, and delivery of technically complex products from concept through production
• Own the program budget and specific staffing plans
• Create and maintain product cost models to ensure end product cost hits targets
• Act as the key link between the program team and key stakeholders, including reporting to company leadership
• Use disciplined project management methodology to define scope and deliver within cost and schedule
• Monitor projects, evaluate progress/quality, and manage issue resolution

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years Program Management Experience
• Deep understanding of a technical product design life cycle and problem solving processes
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to drive decision making and program strategy
• Experience working cross-functionally between product, engineering, production, and supply chain
• Demonstrated experience creating program management tools for scheduling, risk management, and cost tracking
• B.S. degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping high technically complex products as a design engineer
• Experience in start-up environments or highly entrepreneurial companies
• Experience leading hardware development with overseas manufacturing partners
