Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leaders to define vision, strategy, and success metrics for foundational programs
• Drive platform adoption by building migration frameworks and managing onboarding
• Contribute to design reviews and identify cross-cutting technical risks
• Influence cross-functional teams to align on platform investments and roadmaps
• Manage engineering OKR planning, resource allocation, and prioritization
• Maintain succinct communication and lightweight processes to increase velocity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in technology
• Experience in infrastructure or platform engineering organizations
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and infrastructure systems
• Experience with data engineering, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms
• Proven ability to influence without authority across large organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
