Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across engineering, product, infrastructure, and security organizations.
• Develop program strategies, execution roadmaps, governance models, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Engineering Directors, Architects, and Product Leaders to manage technical risks and system dependencies.
• Drive cross-platform initiatives including cloud migrations, platform modernization, and microservices evolution.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and technical design discussions to ensure alignment across multiple teams.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between engineering, product management, and executive leadership.
• Deliver executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations to drive decision-making.
• Champion engineering best practices including Agile at Scale, DevOps, CI/CD, and reliability engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Software Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or systems architecture.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional software delivery programs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP, Microservices, REST APIs, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or scaled Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise product development environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML programs and their unique delivery challenges.
• Familiarity with talent management, HR tech, or learning management domains.
