About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end remote bootstrapping, active bring-up, and validation of large server fleets to transition clusters from physical rack-and-stack to customer-ready states.
- Drive the adoption of automation tooling for fleet maintenance, node security, and burn-in, while establishing workflows to resolve deployment issues.
- Partner with internal NVIDIA software teams to integrate and deploy core software stacks within on-prem environments.
- Lead day-to-day capacity operations with a focus on availability, maintenance, and multi-tiered infrastructure workflows.
- Map and intercept incoming technology roadmaps against physical data center readiness timelines.
- Manage program risks and requirements under the Product Lifecycle (PLC) framework using Jira and other program management tools.
- Establish critical metrics to track program velocity, infrastructure availability, and cluster health.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical program management experience, specifically driving cloud infrastructure programs and hardware/software integration.
- Extensive hands-on experience in cloud or on-prem enterprise infrastructure, data center bring-up, and bare-metal deployments.
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar program management tools within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Exceptional strategic and tactical thinking abilities with the capacity to build consensus and drive success through uncertainty.
- Outstanding communication and technical presentation skills to align senior multi-functional collaborators.
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of NVIDIA GPU products, cluster deployment, and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure.
- Experience managing accelerated deployment schedules and asset-backed operational models.
- Background in establishing automated server benchmarking and infrastructure health validation workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, managed Kubernetes platform layers, and distributed systems.
