Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program planning and cross-functional coordination across battery, firmware, and vehicle integration development
• Manage program milestones, dependencies, and critical path management across multiple concurrent programs
• Identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks early
• Coordinate with vendors and partners, including cell suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Provide program reporting to leadership regarding status, decisions, and resource trade-offs

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management in hardware-intensive environments
• BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent technical depth
• Experience managing electromechanical or powertrain development programs
• Understanding of product development processes such as DFMEA, DVP&R, design release, and production validation
• Ability to engage in technical discussions regarding schematics, CAD, and technical specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, aerospace, motorsport, or high-performance environments
