Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of CDP-related initiatives from scoping through implementation and activation
• Build and maintain cross-functional project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Oversee data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation within Segment CDP
• Coordinate data flows between marketing, IT, data engineering, and external vendor platforms
• Manage CDP vendor relationships and hold partners accountable to SLAs
• Partner with marketing leads to translate business requirements into concrete CDP use cases
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure data privacy and security protocols are embedded

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years in technical program management or complex cross-functional delivery
• Proven experience owning large-scale technical implementations end-to-end
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and SLA performance
• Strong executive communication skills for VP and C-level audiences
• Ability to drive alignment and accountability across teams without direct authority
• Proficiency with program governance artifacts like RAID logs and project plans

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of direct experience with Customer Data Platforms (Segment, mParticle, Salesforce CDP, or Adobe Real-Time CDP)
• Familiarity with data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation
• Background in MarTech or enterprise data platform programs
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or financial services industries
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification
