About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale testing and mass production of L2P, L2PP, and Parking functions in Japan, South Korea, and the EU.
- Manage test schedules and oversee execution to ensure alignment with mass-production milestones.
- Analyze test data, conduct issue triage, and perform root-cause analysis to determine software release readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, OEM, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and optimize test processes.
- Track quality metrics, project risks, and progress to ensure on-time delivery of autonomous driving software.
- Develop integrated test and launch plans and deliver clear, actionable progress reports to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the test team to enhance capabilities in large-scale testing and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, ECE, EEE, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering, AD/ADAS test management, or test tool development.
- Proven experience in autonomous driving mass production.
- Hands-on experience launching L2P, L2PP, Parking, or other ADAS functions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau.
- Proficiency in agile and requirement management tools including JIRA, DOORS, or Jama.
- Extensive in-vehicle test experience and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong program management, cross-team communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Japanese or South Korean OEMs.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent presentation and technical report-writing abilities.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally.
