Senior Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of programs focused on AI-driven personalization, recommendations, and agentic workflows
• Partner with Product Management, AI/ML, data, and platform teams to bring intelligent capabilities into production environments
• Drive Agile program execution across multiple teams, managing requirements, prioritization, and complex dependencies
• Manage program risks related to AI performance, trust, and user experience
• Coordinate the integration of shared AI capabilities, such as recommendation engines and user models, into flagship AEC products
• Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear business narratives for executive-level strategy and impact tracking

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs
• Strong expertise in SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
• Experience working with AI/ML, data platforms, recommendation systems, or agentic systems
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) workflows and BIM
• Experience with experimentation, telemetry, or data-driven product development
