Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program delivery for the ATL program as the primary driver of cross-functional execution
  • Define and maintain program schedules, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment meetings
  • Drive accountability across teams by identifying blockers and managing cross-functional dependencies
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison between Engineering and Operations leadership
  • Implement and maintain program governance standards including status reporting and risk escalation
  • Build and maintain launch readiness frameworks to track program health
  • Partner with the TPM Lead on cross-program coordination and contribute to shared tooling and process standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management in a hardware/software integrated or systems engineering environment
  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex, multi-stakestakeholder programs end-to-end
  • Strong technical foundation in software systems, hardware integration, systems and safety, or robotics
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills for presenting to engineering leads and executives
  • Experience working in safety-critical or high-accountability environments
  • Proficiency with project management tooling such as Jira or Asana
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, aviation, or adjacent safety-critical industries
  • Experience supporting or mentoring other TPMs
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative development methodologies
  • Experience in field-deployed or operationally-sensitive environments
  • Master's degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline, or PMP/PMI certification
