About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to define and operationalize People Analytics and Innovations strategy, priorities, and success metrics.
- Translate strategic objectives into prioritized program and product roadmaps, reconciling tradeoffs among scope, cost, time, and risk.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans and governance across Product, UX, Data Engineering, ML, Cloud, and Security teams.
- Drive agile delivery through PI planning, sprint cadence, and backlog prioritization.
- Manage the delivery of cloud modernization, data platform, and MLOps deployments ensuring security and compliance.
- Lead technical and organizational integration across the People Analytics ecosystem, including data sources, models, and APIs.
- Manage cross-team integrations, risk registers, change control, and executive stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management delivering complex technical and strategic programs.
- 5+ years of experience with user-centered design.
- 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans, including roadmaps and business cases.
- 5+ years of experience working with agile development at scale (e.g., SAFe or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Design; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- PMP, SAFe, or Product certifications.
- Experience leading cloud modernization (AWS preferred), enterprise data platforms, and ML/AI initiatives.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model governance.
- Knowledge of HR data privacy and regulatory concerns (GDPR/CCPA).
- Experience with metadata/catalog tools such as Amundsen, DataHub, or Collibra.
