Senior Technical Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of event production including venue, vendors, equipment rental, logistics, and staff coordination
• Develop timelines, budgets, and production plans in collaboration with event planners
• Oversee on-site production to ensure smooth and efficient event execution
• Create and implement thorough RAMS
• Manage event staff including scheduling, induction, and on-site coordination
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure contract fulfillment
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and handle invoicing
• Troubleshoot issues during events to find creative solutions
• Maintain professional client relationships and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in event production
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with Vectorworks and CRM software
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google packages
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Experience managing high-profile clients and VIP events

Preferred Qualifications

• First Aid certification
• IPAF/FORKS certification
• IOSH or PASMA certification
• Knowledge of BS7909:2011 Code of practice for temporary electrical systems
• Knowledge of Standard Rigging Practices
• Understanding of CDM2015 health and safety legal obligations
