Senior Technical Product/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Tackle hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation
• Lead new or early-stage initiatives or products, often playing multiple functional roles to ensure success
• Help shape the product roadmap by leveraging competitive and user insights to assist PM and Engineering teams with prioritization
• Define and maintain a clear, compelling product roadmap aligned with the company mission
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive development from concept to launch
• Engage with customers, patients, and partners to gather insights and ensure products are intuitive and solve real-world problems
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure user needs are central to all product decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the software or telehealth space
• Ability to read, write, and understand code to distill complex problems into engineering solutions
• 1+ year of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• 1+ year of Engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, Git flow, and project management tools like ClickUp
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for working across cross-functional teams
