Senior Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for quantum computing services
• Gather and synthesize requirements from physicists, engineers, and customers
• Translate technical requirements into actionable deliverables and prioritized backlogs
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to deliver against specifications
• Lead product launch planning, including customer adoption and go-to-market support
• Establish and refine product management processes across the company
• Support quality assurance, system integration, and operational readiness
• Contribute to business development through customer demos and RFP responses

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership
• Deep technical understanding of the quantum computing stack (hardware, compilers, error correction)
• Advanced degree in physics, engineering, or computer science
• Proven success managing roadmaps that bridge science and business
• Experience with software and hardware lifecycle management
• Strong project and program management skills
• Ability to travel periodically to customer and machine locations worldwide

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with product management tools like Atlassian suite or Aha!
• Direct experience in quantum computing research or application algorithms (NISQ/FTQC)
• Familiarity with cloud-based services and managed infrastructure
• Experience supporting customer-facing activities like pilot projects and benchmarking
• Ability to scale product management processes in a growing organization
