Senior Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Translate complex market problems and user needs into detailed, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
• Serve as the central hub between engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial conception through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Utilize KPIs and data-driven metrics to evaluate product performance and inform enhancement decisions.
• Identify potential technical risks or bottlenecks early and develop effective contingency plans.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical expertise in computer science or an engineering background.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical systems.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Aha and Rally.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and APIs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
