Senior Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for web and mobile platforms to align with business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and market high-performance digital platforms and services.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI systems and automation to boost operational efficiency.
• Work closely with full-stack developers and designers to foster innovation and accountability.
• Oversee product metrics, set success KPIs, and implement agile methodologies to streamline delivery cycles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner.
• Strong expertise in Jira and Agile product delivery methodologies.
• Extensive experience with Shopify, including integrations and e-commerce optimization.
• Hands-on experience working with PHP Laravel applications and development teams.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and cloud-based systems.
• Demonstrated experience building or implementing AI automation solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the healthtech, healthcare, pharmacy, or digital wellness sectors.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
• Experience launching and managing mobile applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and SaaS platforms.
