Senior Technical Product Manager

Klarity is a Series B AI company that builds agents to transform enterprise workflows. Our AI discovers how work happens, structures it into a Context Graph, and improves it continuously. We are used by companies like OpenAI, Google, DoorDash, and Stripe.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with customers and executives to understand their needs
• Prototype and rapidly iterate on product ideas
• Own product areas by defining problems, prioritizing, and driving features from concept to production
• Lead discovery through customer interviews and field feedback synthesis
• Partner with engineering and design to provide clear requirements and fast decisions
• Drive AI-native development for features built on LLMs
• Define success metrics, build dashboards, and iterate on shipped features
• Contribute to overall product strategy

Requirements

• 4–7 years in product management
• At least 2 years in a technical PM role
• Strong technical foundations with ability to read architecture diagrams
• Experience building or owning features powered by LLMs, ML pipelines, or AI automation
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI platforms preferred
• Ability to use AI coding tools to build working prototypes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the product tradeoffs of probabilistic systems
• Proven track record of shipping products with non-trivial technical complexity
