Senior Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the index data distribution product strategy and target architecture to modernize multi-channel delivery.
• Lead product discovery and translate client needs into technical specifications, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Own the product roadmap and make strategic tradeoffs regarding scalability, security, and client experience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define non-functional requirements including performance, resilience, and security.
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for data distribution products.
• Monitor KPIs for availability, latency, data quality, and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software or data product management.
• 3+ years of experience managing technically complex, platform-oriented products.
• Strong understanding of modern index or analytics data distribution architectures (APIs, event/batch delivery, entitlement models).
• Proven experience defining API, FTP, or Web distribution requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior engineers and architects on design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the index business.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably GCP.
• Familiarity with authentication, SFTP security, and RESTful API design.
• Experience with agentic solution incorporation.
• Experience providing functional leadership, mentoring, or coaching within a product organization.
