Senior Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive product development from ideation through launch, iteration, and growth
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with company objectives
• Partner with engineering, design, and leadership to define product direction
• Own prioritization decisions using user feedback, data, and business context
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
• Define and monitor key product metrics to improve decision-making
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, BD, operations, and support

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience with technical or infrastructure-heavy products
• Strong technical understanding and experience working with highly technical teams
• Solid understanding of finance
• High ownership mentality and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background, engineering experience, or a technical degree
• Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, or trading systems
• Experience at high-performing technology companies
