Senior Technical Product Manager, Fleet Ops

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap, including remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management
• Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback from airline/airport customers and internal operators
• Partner with Systems Engineering to decompose product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in system design discussions with Infrastructure teams to ensure architectures align with operational realities
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes
• Communicate product vision and status to senior leadership, engineering, operations, and external customers

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end
• Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling in high-reliability, real-time environments
• Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building teleoperations, remote assistance, or fleet management products
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure
• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems
• Understanding of dispatch, routing, and resource allocation systems
• Familiarity with airport/airline operations or large-scale fleet operations
