Senior Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and communicate the product vision and roadmap for critical areas of the manufacturing ecosystem
• Partner with Engineering and Design to transform manufacturing processes into technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Coordinate collaboration between Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales
• Leverage quantitative user data and competitive landscape analysis to inform decisions
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance testing

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Software Engineer prior to transitioning to Product Management
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally in a startup or B2B enterprise environment
• Proven track record working with manufacturers, manufacturing engineers, supply chain planners, or factory operators
• Technical fluency in reading code, APIs, data modeling, and web service patterns
• Exceptional ability to articulate technical constraints to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ERP, MES, PLM, or similar factory-floor software
