Senior Technical Product Manager

About the Company

Endor Labs is building the Application Security platform for the software development revolution. The company provides a call graph of entire software estates to help teams identify, prioritize, and fix critical risks faster.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and success of AI product capabilities across the platform
• Productize agentic capabilities including auto-triage, reachable-only findings, and remediation suggestions
• Define and prioritize features from ideation through execution and launch
• Enhance the agentic platform by defining agents and tools while managing cost and latency trade-offs
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales to develop messaging and positioning for launches
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to track product performance and measure success

Requirements

• Strong technical product management experience in developer-facing platforms
• Experience with modern developer workflows such as CI/CD, IDEs, and source code analysis
• Hands-on experience productizing AI or agent-based systems
• Ability to define workflows, guardrails, and success metrics for AI systems
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, sales engineers, and customers
• Strong technical depth combined with product judgment
