Senior Technical Product Manager, Data Center Engineering

Meter is vertically integrating the fragmented computer networking industry across hardware, firmware, operating systems, and real-world operations. Having built a strong business in enterprise and campus networks, Meter is now expanding into the data center market to help customers move data efficiently across their infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Clarify product vision and align internal teams on hardware, firmware, and software requirements for the Data Center product line
• Own product lifecycle decisions including hardware tradeoffs, component quality, and API design
• Partner with engineering leads to prioritize development and accelerate product release
• Drive product velocity and quality for TOR and spine switching products
• Iterate with early partners and customers to refine product requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience building networking products for high-performance environments like data centers
• Strong knowledge of data center networking across hardware, firmware, and software
• Track record of identifying technical issues early and providing clear solutions to engineering teams
• Ability to operate autonomously and work cross-functionally with founders and engineering leadership
