Senior Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product initiatives and technical roadmaps for the BEES B2B e-commerce and SaaS platform
• Write and maintain technical PRDs, system diagrams, and API/integration specifications to guide engineering squads
• Partner closely with engineering, data, and architecture teams to design end-to-end platform capabilities
• Influence product roadmaps through technical feasibility analysis and cross-functional coordination
• Lead cross-domain alignment between product teams, engineering squads, and global stakeholders
• Measure success through platform reliability, performance, and real user impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in technical product management for platform or infrastructure products
• Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
• Proven experience writing technical product specifications and system diagrams
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both engineers and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing inter-service dependencies in large-scale distributed systems
• Experience collaborating across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
