Senior Technical Producer

Responsibilities

• Work within an Agile framework and advocate for its guidelines
• Communicate through roadmaps, reports, and documentation for upper management
• Own Agile ceremonies, remove team obstacles, and acquire necessary resources
• Mentor mid- and associate-level production staff
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners and review technical whitepapers
• Conduct RCAs and coordinate weekly syncs with live service engineers
• Lead direct reports across production fields

Requirements

• Technical background in engineering or software development environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience with enterprise project management tools like Jira or Asana
• Ability to lead squad initiatives from start to finish
• Experience managing and mentoring junior producers
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex plans for non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum, PO, or SAFe certifications
• Experience in engineering, scripting, automation, or technical writing
• Familiarity with Cloud Architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of Telemetry stacks (Grafana, Datadog) and Build systems (Python, Jenkins)
• Passion for Magic: The Gathering and the Arena product
