Senior Technical Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development process from concept to release
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to define goals and milestones
• Create organizational structures, processes, and project plans
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and external vendor relationships
• Oversee quality assurance and testing processes
• Identify and mitigate development risks using data-driven decisions
• Act as the central communication point between technical and creative teams
• Translate creative concepts into actionable development plans with the Game Director
• Oversee game launches, including marketing coordination and community engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Producer or Tech Producer in game development
• Experience producing engineering or tools teams
• Experience supporting core technology, engine teams, or foundational systems
• Ability to manage deliverables across engineering, art, and design
• Proficiency managing technical workstreams like software pipelines and backend dependencies
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite
• Experience shipping titles on console and PC, including platform certification processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools development or engine-side workflows
• Familiarity with APIs, backend systems, or live service infrastructure
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine development workflows
• Experience managing co-development partners or external vendors
• Background in QA or QA-adjacent roles
