Senior Technical Producer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production for engineering initiatives across the core engine tech stack
• Coordinate and own communication between engineering, product, design, and QA
• Manage release cycles, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies for the core engineering team
• Identify technical risks and dependencies early to solve problems before they become blockers
• Balance feature development with technical debt, infrastructure improvements, and platform modernization
• Provide clear engineering status updates to leadership, translating technical complexity into business impact

Requirements

• 6+ years managing software projects with engineers in game engines, real-time rendering systems, or complex cross-platform technology stacks
• Strong high-level technical fluency in software architecture, core engine features, and online systems
• Strong organizational skills to structure ambiguous technical work and balance competing priorities
• Proven track record of shipping complex features on time through proactive risk mitigation
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering or CS background
• Experience with game engines such as Godot, Unity, or Unreal
• Experience in edtech, learning platforms, or student-facing applications
• Familiarity with engineering metrics, code quality tools, and deployment best practices
