(Senior) Technical Process/Product Owner - Supply Tech

Responsibilities

• Champion the operational excellence of your business model cluster, taking full ownership of all data flows
• Perform hands-on incident handling and technical bug investigation to understand the root cause
• Communicate investigation results and recommended resolutions to application teams
• Strategically leverage insights from investigations to drive long-term preventative measures and system improvements
• Define, lead, and optimize E2E testing strategies for critical initiatives
• Establish and optimize processes for bug lifecycle management
• Collaborate with other Technical Process Owners to share best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a tech-business interface role
• Advanced SQL skills and proficient database knowledge
• Hands-on experience in incident handling and root cause analysis
• Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Ability to read and interpret logs and payloads
• Proficient with Postman or similar API testing tools
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce
• Experience with middlewares
