Senior Technical Presales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end integrated solutions unifying compute, storage, virtualization, and backup with a security-first mindset
• Design high-availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks using industry-leading stacks
• Lead Data Center design including rack layouts, power planning, and DCIM tool integration
• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to map customer workloads against technical gaps
• Produce comprehensive High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD)
• Orchestrate complex Proof of Value (PoV) and technical workshops
• Ensure infrastructure proposals align with security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001
• Lead technical responses for high-value RFPs/RFIs and develop accurate Bills of Materials (BoM)
• Act as a technical liaison between Sales, Professional Services, and Vendor Alliance partners
• Mentor junior engineers and account managers on emerging trends

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years of experience (5+ years preferred)
• Expertise in Storage & Backup, Rack and cabinet design, and Power planning
• Knowledge of cooling concepts and DCIM tools
• Familiarity with HPE, Dell, Cisco, VMware, Nutanix, or Veeam technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• IT industry vendor certifications such as HPE ASE, Dell DCA, Cisco CCNP, VMware VCP, Nutanix NCP, NSE, Veeam, or Commvault
