Senior Technical Pre-Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Commercial Team to understand customer needs and define optimal technical solutions
• Lead technical presentations and discovery meetings with diverse audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, validate, and document tailored solution proposals
• Communicate and mitigate risks with stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
• Ensure seamless handover to the implementation team after solution design

Requirements

• Technical background in web-based/cloud applications and API communication
• Payments industry experience
• Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate across geographically diverse cultures
• English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field
