Senior Technical Office Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire technical office team, distributing tasks and monitoring delivery schedules
• Review and approve all shop drawings and complex architectural details for residential projects (Villas, Townhouses, Residential Buildings)
• Perform comprehensive technical coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and price analysis for luxury residential projects
• Review payment applications, approve material submittals, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Provide full technical support to resolve complex engineering problems from the site to ensure 100% design compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in an architectural technical office
• Deep expertise in residential projects and luxury villas with complex finishes
• Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Navisworks
• Deep understanding of architectural construction details, materials, and high-end finishes
• Ability to read and audit structural and MEP drawings for professional coordination
• Full knowledge of building codes, licensing requirements, and handover procedures
• Strong leadership skills and high attention to detail
