Senior Technical Manager, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end development of semiconductor chips (ASIC/SoC) from architecture specification to tape-out and silicon validation
• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines while managing the full silicon lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between RTL design, verification, physical design, and DFT teams
• Proactively identify project risks, devise mitigation plans, and resolve technical or resource bottlenecks
• Provide regular project status updates and manage stakeholder expectations through regular reviews
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, design methodologies, and security reviews

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in VLSI engineering
• Proven experience in project management
• Deep understanding of the VLSI design flow and ASIC/SoC design
• Proficiency with EDA tools
• Familiarity with Digital, Analog, Mixed-Signal, DFT, and FPGA design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience with project management software and methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams
