Senior Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management, setting targets based on business needs and collaborating with local and global management teams.
• Evaluate and identify current and future customer needs to build long-term sustainable relationships and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through team, process, and support tool development.
• Manage new product installations and subsequent process development.
• Lead new site start-ups, including planning and risk assessment for successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Define project scope and resource planning in alignment with Business Units.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above.
• Solid technical knowledge and deep business perspective in the semiconductor packaging industry, specifically regarding CVD, ALD, Furnace, or EPI.
• Strong industry experience supporting complex instrumentation, applications, and informatics.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English.
