Senior Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver application, cloud, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Translate architect-defined designs and modernization roadmaps into actionable delivery plans and sprint tasks.
• Assess existing systems for modernization opportunities and provide technical recommendations to architects.
• Drive hands-on delivery of cloud-native, microservices-based, and event-driven solutions.
• Enforce engineering standards, coding best practices, and architectural guidelines across the SDLC.
• Mentor and coach developers on cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and security.
• Implement and champion automation, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a technical lead or senior role.
• Proven experience delivering application modernization and cloud migration programs.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong experience with microservices, APIs, containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud certifications (Associate or Professional level).
• Experience with event-driven architecture and data/analytics modernization.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience with platform engineering, developer experience (DevEx), or AI/ML feature delivery.
• Exposure to Agile and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
