Senior Technical Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and guide the engineering team
• Design and oversee robust, scalable, and efficient solution architectures
• Spearhead development and integration of Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) solutions
• Oversee custom application development primarily using Python
• Lead development of AI-driven solutions using OpenAI and ML frameworks
• Architect and optimize cloud-based infrastructure on AWS
• Oversee database design and management for data integrity and performance
• Implement modern DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Mentor and grow the technical team

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, solution architecture, or application development
• Expertise in Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms
• Proficiency in Python and modern frameworks
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, specifically OpenAI frameworks and API integration
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Advanced skills in AWS Cloud architecture (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Proficiency in database design (SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with AI-powered applications and chatbots
• Familiarity with mobile application architecture and deployment
