Senior Technical Evaluator

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure testing environment and facility in accordance with Pearson VUE policies and guidelines
• Ensure the security of all exam content and materials
• Administer exams following all established testing procedures and best practices
• Maintain a clean, professional, and pleasant testing facility, including light cleaning tasks
• Provide high-quality customer service by responding to candidate questions and addressing concerns professionally
• Record and report any problems or discrepancies to the Test Evaluation Manager in a timely manner

Requirements

• Current Barber Manager or Instructor License in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Keen attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a quiet environment, including hearing soft voices and seeing details from a distance
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule (approximately 10-20 hours per month)
• Availability to work testing events on one to two Mondays per month between 7am and 5pm

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Licensed Barber Manager or Teacher
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous experience working in a testing environment
