Senior Technical Engineer (MicroStrategy) for UAE

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and support of MicroStrategy solutions for UAE client engagements
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, reports and dashboards
• Design and maintain data warehouse models and ETL integrations
• Define database architecture and performance tuning strategies
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer for client teams
• Join UAE operations and be deputed onsite to a leading organization in the UAE

Requirements

• Expert in MicroStrategy platform and administration
• Strong experience with SQL databases and query optimization
• Solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL
• Deep understanding of database architecture and design
• Oracle database experience (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the airline industry
• MicroStrategy certification(s)
• Experience working onsite in UAE client environments
• Experience with large-scale BI deployments and performance tuning
