Senior Technical Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own SE Onboarding & Ramp by designing structured programs covering platform depth and demo certification
• Drive ongoing technical readiness through continuous learning programs aligned with product evolution
• Build and maintain SE certification frameworks including demo quality and technical discovery
• Enable competitive and vertical depth by developing programs for technical differentiation and ERP knowledge
• Leverage data from tools like Gong to identify gaps in technical delivery and demo effectiveness
• Partner cross-functionally with SE leadership, PMM, Product, and RevOps
• Measure enablement impact through demo certification rates, call quality, and win rates

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales enablement, solutions engineering, or related GTM roles
• Deep understanding of the Solutions Engineering function and technical evaluations
• Proven experience building certification programs and technical learning journeys
• Hands-on experience with Gong, LMS platforms, and AI roleplay tools
• Strong data orientation and ability to pull insights from performance data
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in solutions consulting or sales engineering
• Experience with procurement or finance technology
• Familiarity with RFx processes and enterprise procurement cycles
• Instructional design and curriculum development experience
• Knowledge of ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
